Suzi Spears

President & CEO

After dedicating 21 years to a prominent, global, agriculture and food corporation, Suzi left to start Spear-it Consulting.  Her aim was to provide meaningful value to others adopting technology and streamlining processes.  She wanted to help by extending her wealth of knowledge and expertise to other organizations coaching them through needed transformations.

Suzi has worked with companies ranging from 11 employees to large enterprises.  She has a proven track record of helping clients plan, prepare, deploy, and revolutionize their operations to align with strategic objectives. She understands that successful digital transformations require harmonization at the strategic, operational, and organizational levels.  That  requires deliberate orchestration.  Therefore, she believes in offering a hands-on, conscientious approach to guide clients through a seamless, end-to-end, digital adoption.

 

Suzi is the translator between business and IT ensuring business capabilities are leveraged and the software is maximized.   She does this in partnership ensuring foundational processes and articulated requirements are realized in the new, digital tools.
